I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the rainforest cliff right in front of my window, where I could watch the water running into my room. The rooms were honestly astounding – huge, beautifully laid out, clean, and equipped with good internet and a large TV with HDMI for plugging in my laptop. The location on the fifth floor, near the restaurant, swimming pool, and rooms made everything so convenient.

The staff were amazing and exceptionally patient, helpful, and very accommodating with all our requests and inquiries, from the friendly room service to the attentive restaurant staff.

The location at the top of all the staircases and lift accesses was picturesque, though a bit challenging to get around due to the steep hill and steps. However, it's a quiet, calm, and peaceful resort in a very decent and good location near all the main places you'd want to visit.

The dining experience was great, especially when they fulfilled my vegan breakfast request for my partner. The restaurant had good views overlooking the city and the sea, offering typical Sicilian products.
